Refund policy

For your convenience, items purchased on can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the Return Exceptions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any return with parts missing, damaged by the customer or heavily used conditions will not be accepted or refunded. For the full shipping policy please address the ‘Shipping’ section.

To complete any return, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory without exceptions. 

We do not accept products that are covered in, foreign materials, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Refurbished units.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional one-time Deals.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing causes within the warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Spacio Innovations Inc, 1388 Spruce St, Winnipeg MB R3E2V7, Canada. Please note you are responsible for the shipping of the product.

We offer a five years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes any malfunctions that may occur in the span of five years from the date of purchase; Not limited to accidental damage such as water, forceful, tinkering damage, etc. Warranty for each purchase can only be claimed once and does not reset once claimed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping any of our products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible to make sure the returned product reaches our location.

We can not guarantee that the device will work for your application. Neither are we liable for any damages that the device may not prevent from causing in the case of loss of function or lack of performance. We can not guarantee that the water composition is compatible with the Calmat device in your location. It is not our responsibility to test your water nor can we guarantee that you will not need an additional 3rd party filtration system.
